- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I'm extremely disappointed, and hurt! I truly thought I mattered, but that was only while State Farm took my money, on time for over 10 years (with a perfect record). After my 1st experience, having to deal with and go through an accident - State Farm has decided to drop my policy--- loyal customer ---- the customer service is 5 stars - again - till you need them- so tell me- how "there for you" are they really!??! They are great for LITTLE things- Little being the key word--- (which normally isnt the case) I'll give them that! As an auto insurance they are disappointing, they are supposed to be there for you when the worst happens- bottom line they will leave you in the cold like you never mattered!By Susan Thompson, September 19, 2017
