  Not a great experience this morning. I just moved to town last week and realized that my bank is not in this area. I needed quarters last week for parking and came to this branch. The lady was very helpful, nice and acted like it was no problem. So relieved. This morning I went back, used their atm and waited 20 minutes in the parking lot for them to open and I go in to find a different woman telling me they will only do change it for customers... Even though I JUST paid a $3 dollar fee to use their atm. I had no time left to get more somewhere else so I will now be getting a parking ticket today. She could have done it for me once today and said going forward only for customers. Was thinking about switching banks, but the experience put a bad taste in my mouth.

  This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with!! No one tells you the same thing, one teller tells you to deposit your check into the ATM so you can have immediate access to your money, then you do that, but all the sudden they decide to put a hold on your check!! So now I have no money, and they are saying it's going to be Wednesday before I can have access to my money! The check was deposited Saturday!!! The thing that makes me so mad is that the customer service literally tells you things that they can't prove or back up! Hey BOA train your employees better, and make sure all the employees are on the same page!!! Because after talking to 4 people and getting different answers from all of them, I am so ready to change banks!
