    I had things missing for my case that I had no idea about, because my case worker never called me or let me know. Then when I ask to talk to him, I get told I'm not allowed to or "why". Basically got laughed at for asking to talk to him, about wanting to know what else I needed for my case. She said "its all written right here don't see why you need to talk to him." I have never dealt with DHS workers so rude. Makes me miss Texas DHS, where they did anything to help you
