  I spoke on the phone with a woman who was very pleasant and very helpful as well! The other reviews who had a bad experience may have been having a bad day...there's always two sides to a story!

  I have been trying to get ahold of the women's health department for who knows how long now. Always have to leave a message on the answering machine for someone to call you back as if someone can't answer the phone there. I've had someone call me back one time in the past 3 months and I was at work so I couldn't answer and they didn't even leave a voicemail to let me know when I could make an appointment. I called a week ago 4 times and left voicemails and still have not received a call back. Extremely unprofessional and definitely not a way to do business.

  It's next to impossible to get ahold of anyone at this clinic. You've got like 6 people working a computer and not one of them can answer a phone? Ridiculous.

  They do offer a variety of healthcare services for adults and children such as immunizations, pregnancy testing, and TB tests at a minimal fee, but be prepared to call ahead for an appointment. You may still have a long wait even if you do.
